Refund policy

Returns and cancellations

Order can be cancelled up to 6 hours from purchase, no questions asked. Refunds are processed immediately after cancellation or up to 48 hours from confirmed return.
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount.
Buyer is responsible for return postage cost.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Please do not return any prints without contacting us in the first place as we may be able offer alternative, more suitable option.
